The Little Step Framework™
The Little Step Framework™ was created to provide parents with guidance and structure during the earliest years of their child’s development. Instead of overwhelming routines or complicated programmes, it offers simple, practical activities that naturally fit into everyday life.
Each phase is designed to help parents understand what their child is experiencing, why those developmental moments matter, and how everyday interactions can strengthen learning, connection, confidence, and curiosity.
From birth to age five, the framework helps families build strong foundations through meaningful daily experiences—one little step at a time.
The Roadmap
Phase 1 — Gentle Beginnings — Birth to 12 months
Phase 2 — Language & Gesture Communication — Ages 1–2
Phase 3 — Concept Foundations — Ages 2–3
